Pani is known for her skills as a communicator and connector, as a culinary cupid and possibility enabler.

A specialised generalist interested in restaurants, people and food culture, Pani applies her sharp eye, creative vision and considered opinion to bold projects in the hospitality industry, offering insight into F&B's intersections with contemporary society across design, fashion, art and the media.

Pani runs The Goal is to Eat – a brand advisory, production house and insight bureau in the business of appetite. Under TGITE, she writes a weekly newsletter called Stocktake and hosts PARLOUR, an invite-only gathering for women working in and around the world of taste.

 

Pani is also Contributing Editor of Toothsome magazine.​​
